Must make sure my spelling and grammar improve! LOL.

Thanks Heather and great points! We’ll evolve over time and I’ll be doing more of my infographic-y slides in presentations – also collating all these replies for future topics!

The level for me was spot on but I’m not your norm, I lecture in cardiometabolic health and functional nutrition. My dyslexia however finds it a challenge when there is a lot on a slide (it’s the listening, reading, and watching at the same time – the curse of PPPs). I cope by pausing the video before the verbal explanation and reading through the slide first. I’m always thinking about how can I put this information into an infographic for my students so that they have a basic framework to then layer on the more complex information. Good to see the mention of Rath and Pauling, subclinical scurvy of the endothelium. Took a little side tour into alkaline phosphatase to remind me of its other actions – conversion of ascorbate, and also its cofactors Zn and Mg. Of interest, when using a systems approach to health, is that alkaline phosphatase enzyme is low in zinc deficiency, copper toxicity (Wilson’s), pernicious anemia (high Hcy is not managed), and hypothyroidism, all of which impact cardiometabolic health. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK459201/ Thank you both for a very stimulating presentation.

Hey Martin thanks for prompt – I had to go dig and find that out (Memberpress is a great system and highly regarded, but I wasn’t aware of that detail from a subscriber viewpoint)

– turns out Memberpress creates a page in our website where you can log in and see your history and subscriber details: https://metabolicduo.com/account/

I just tested it as a subscriber, and it seems to work fine!

Ivor,
Where can we find membership/subscription information, Premium/Inner circle etc. I can’t find whether I signed up for a week, a month or a year, Premium or Inner circle or how I paid. Just feel a bit out of control.

Ney Michael thx for feedback! Quick note it’s kinda really important to see the slides but that said, yes it was a little detailed for median audience – I sensed that. We are collating all the feedbacks and will tune accordingly. Your issues noted will get covered for sure!
