dont know if you’re still looking for an answer. Health Coach from Germany here. You don’t have to go full on keto to lose weight when isnulin sensitive. You can also mix in some healthy carbs like potato, sweet potato, rice and so on. As long as you prioritize protein und eat only to satiety and be in a calorie/mass deficit your body will shed off that unnecessary fat

would the typical “page 4”-approach of eric westman get satisfactory results?
the page 4 approach is basically the following: stick to leafy greens, not more than about 20 total carbs, prioritize protein, but do not overdo protein, don’t be afraid of animal fat and eat to satiety

thanks for your feedback!

How much Magnesium oxide is recommended daily for depression? Suggestions on brands. Thanks a lot.

Had a thought about the progression issue for
the Calcium Score:
Ever tried to build a brick wall?
If you continue building without waiting for the cement to dry, the wall will fall.
Maybe it’s the same with the plaques? They need time to dry? I.e. if it’s growing too fast, parts will break off and cause a problem….
Just a thought
