Hey Uros I know we resolved this offline but just for anyone else with similar Q:

– I had to go dig and find that out (Memberpress is a great system and highly regarded, but I wasn’t aware of that detail from a subscriber viewpoint)

– turns out Memberpress creates a page in our website where you can log in and see your history and subscriber details: https://metabolicduo.com/account/

I just tested it as a subscriber, and it seems to work fine!

Hey Uros I’ll check with our web guy – but in any case just email info@metabolicduo.com for anything at all including issues with that

Lately for the past 3 months, I had indigestion problem which made me sick and 4 days back down with fever. Anything to do with inflammation? I am on the brink of giving up this diet n just pop the pill if it made me sick all the time and not to mention my high LDL cholesterol n high APOB but I have high HDL n low triglycerides, thank Ivor n Gabor

Thank you Ivor and Gabor

Looking at diet/metabolic health and relation with heart arrhythmia (I have a paroxysmal AFib), however, they put me on three medications and I seriously need to figure out what is my real risk (my Cha2DS2-Vasc score is 0, QRisk3 is about 1) and the actual ABSOLUTE risk reduction of stroke/clot with all those medications (Akin to a statin one, but for clotting, I heard that clotting risk increasing with small Dense LDL, however, my doctor does not see the need to have a proper NMR Lipid Panel), I am afraid, I am getting all side effects with no significant improvements in my absolute risk.

Thanks for all you are doing! I can provide all the numbers (or use them with knowledgeable guidance, not blind standard of care, afib ==> Take these forever…).

In the ’90s we followed the Atkins’ diet but lapsed somewhat in the meantime. Ivor’s Fat Emperor podcasts reintroduced us to the health risks of the western diet of convenience and heavily processed foods including through his guest interviews, including with Gabor, whose deep-dives into the science we find fascinating. We’ve managed to kick most of our bad habits and unhealthy addictions but issues remain. Fortunately we’ve avoided becoming dependent on any pharmaceutical products and have become very sceptical of mainstream medical dogma. Perhaps the greatest problem for all of us is not just understanding the science – or lack of it – but who we can consult to provide unbiased advice at a personal level.
