I stare at my Infraredi for 3 minutes twice a week to stave off needing reading glasses at 56!
Nick Norwitz substack ( I subscribe) highlights a lot of useful studies- recently he covered the statins lowering GLP1 and how Inulin is actually beneficial.

Ivor: The study I mentioned yesterday was published in Cell Metabolism on Feb 6,2024. https://doi.org/10.1016/j.cmet.2023.12.027. I believe the link will get you to the study. You might want to share it with Graham.
Another study you might want to check out that interested me is from Nature Metabolism 7 1801-1818 (2025).
It regards the fiber inulin. That study presents data that is simply to complicated for me.
Thanks so much.

17:19:56 From Mary Murphy : When you asked for suggestions of guests, I didn’t think of the woman I’m about to suggest. Since then
I’ve wondered if we’d like to have her. Sharry Edwards promotes healing via frequency. Not everything she says
reflects her ability to recognize scientific proof because she’s not good at that.. The facts in her favor for me suggesting her are that frequency is everything and Sharry has otoacoustic hearing which humans all had at one time. Sharry took her otoacoustic hearing and spent many years, with the help of computer geeks, teaching computers how to do what her otoacoustic hearing allows her to do.

Comment on Met Duo Replay Feb 6th – Professor Vladimir Subbotin Masterclass in LDL Lies by Ivor https://metabolicduo.com/met-duo-replay-feb-6th-professor-vladimir-subbotin-masterclass-in-ldl-lies/#comment-468 Fri, 07 Feb 2025 12:32:02 +0000 https://metabolicduo.com/?p=358#comment-468 My talk in Denver pre-Covid! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=alZ47dgu3LU

Email from Vladimir after session!

Hi Ivor, it was great to talk to you again!

These are article that I mentioned, one on transplant arteriosclerosis:

https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1359644624003271

and another trying to connect all types of arterial neointimal formations in different diseases:

https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0306987720313785

The irony is that most doctors/scientists likely also doubt the orthodox belief, but they know where money comes from. I admire your persistence, because I feel that nothing could be changed, probably I am wrong.

Lately I switched my effort toward the problem of life origin on Earth, and already published a couple articles.

Talk to you soon.

Vladimir

Comment on Met Duo Replay 9th Jan – Oxalates with Sally Norton special guest! by Mary Murphy https://metabolicduo.com/met-duo-replay-9th-jan-oxalates-with-sally-norton-special-guest/#comment-467 Wed, 22 Jan 2025 19:48:14 +0000 https://metabolicduo.com/?p=347#comment-467 A question was in the chat that said something to the effect of many carnivores report unusual plaque on the teeth. My comment on that was the plaque wasn’t from oxalates based on what I’d heard a carnivore dentist say. Seems I was partially wrong. Sally’s answer to the question in the chat was that oxalates being secreted by the body accumulate on the back of the incisors on the manible after we sleep.
